1. What sizes do you carry and how do I choose the right size?
We offer a wide range of sizes across our collections. Each product page includes a size guide and measurement tips. For the best fit, measure your bust, underbust, waist, and hips and compare those numbers with the product size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. If you need help, email us and we will advise you.
2. What is your returns and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most items provided they are unworn, with original tags and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons some items may not be returnable. Return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. 3. How long does delivery take in the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. We also offer expedited options at checkout for faster delivery. Once your order ships we will send tracking information to your email address. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
4. Are your products true to the photos?
We work hard to show accurate product images and honest descriptions. Slight variations in colour or texture can occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography. If you have any concerns about a product's appearance, check the product description and close-up images or contact us before purchasing.
5. What materials do you use and how should I care for my lingerie?
Materials vary by item and are listed on each product page. Common fabrics include lace, silk, cotton, modal, and nylon blends. To extend the life of delicate pieces we recommend hand washing or using a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle, using mild detergent, and air drying flat away from direct heat.
6. Can I get a gift receipt or packaged gift delivery?
Yes. At checkout you can select gift options where available. A gift receipt without prices can be included and we offer elegant gift wrapping for many items as an add-on. If you need a personalised note, contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. Do you offer promotions, discount codes, or a newsletter?
Yes. We run seasonal promotions and special offers. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the site to receive exclusive offers and updates. Discount codes have terms and expiry dates that will be listed with each promotion.
8. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our everyday essentials use breathable, skin-friendly fabrics like cotton and modal. If you have specific allergies or very sensitive skin, check the fabric details on the product page and contact us for product recommendations.
